I have seen various star ratings on here when I first got the kit I would have probably given it a two however I soon realised that the trouble shooting guide helps. All I had to do was uninstall and reinstall the app. There are comments that sometimes the pulsars lose bluetooth connectively to the app. This is correct but a quick shake of them gets them back on track. My clients know this and it is an automatic response for them if they stop working and does not detract from processing. Very rarely I have to re connect the pulsars (and light bar) manually but no blue tooth is 100%. During a pandemic having wireless means that you can sit further away from your client. It also is a lot easier than with a wired piece of kit. Just remember to have your phone/tab charger with you as if you are using this all day you may seen your battery drain. I have never lost battery power completely but if I'd inadvertently left another big app running in the background this could be a possibility. Obviously the app doe snot work without the kit. I think this is the best kit I have owned (I had one from a different company that kept breaking - although the company replaced them as under warranty after the third break I bought this instead)

First impression... Wow. Wasn't sure about the kit coming from overseas, but I'm impressed with ease of use. The phone app is so easy to use. Set up was quick, connections instant, and responsiveness is great. Would highly recommend to other EMDR counselors 😎👍

I just got the kit and downloaded the app so I have had very little ability to use it; however, my review is based on the fact I can ONLY download the app to my phone rather than to a computer or tablet. I actively use my tablet in my EMDR sessions to keep track of progress and targets so it would be so much easier to just have the app on my tablet. Instead I have to have my tablet AND my phone and that feels redundant especially when a computer app is very accessible to do
