Ratings and reviews

Deals in my area are terrible. They are either the same 5 places or not actually a deal at all. Never used the card due to this. Went to cancel and had to go through multiple screens to cancel, all the while they try convince you to stay. Wasn't able to cancel as my membership had apparently expired. Was asked to email. They responded after the renewal date and charged me. They refused to refund as they don't go by usage. Avoid them at all costs as they will take your money without care.

Very useful app. Tastecard itself is excellent value for money. A couple of restaurant visits should more than cover the annual subscription. From giving it 4 stars I'm now rating it a 2. Whilst travelling in my motor home it was useful. Now Tastecard seems to offer mainly pizza takeaways burger bars and such. Having no interest in fast food it is now of no use to me.

Unsure as to why there's so many negative reviews. My advice would be to ignore all the hate on here and try it for yourself before making judgements, I'm glad I did. Personally I've had no issues with the app, loads fine for me no issues logging in. There's a very diverse selection of restaurants available with at least a 25% discount for the most part (in my experience) for up to 6 diners (sometimes it's 2 diners sometimes 4 depends on restaurant) which I think is rather good.
