Key functionalities:
- Circulate important notices & information to app users: The app provides functionalities of sending notices and information to the different levels of app users-municipality, wards and the public. Ward can also send notices specifically to the app users within their wards. The notice can be any information deemed important to the municipality and ward to disseminate to citizens, ward or municipality such as vaccination programs, renewal of the social security, allowances distribution, and training etc.
- Complaints and Suggestion: The app allows citizens to submit complaints and suggestions on issues of public service delivery from the wards and municipalities such as reporting of waste collection, drainage problem, potholes, graffiti, or other maintenance issues, directly to the local government. The complaints and suggestions can specifically be sent to their ward or municipality officials as well as the addresses of complaints can also be sent to the specific complaints app-user.
