About this app

The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA web site using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP access your account details online and provides you with user friendly interface to browse through your account information. It also enables you to maintain your latest contact details and password.

The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as
1. View current holdings
2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.
3. Submit Contribution for Tier I / Tier II
4. Change Scheme Preference
5. Initiate withdrawal from Tier II account
6. View your Account details.
7. Download e-PRAN
8. Inquiry/ raise Grievance
9. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
10. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.
11. Change your Password / Secret Question
12. Regenerate password using secret Question/ OTP
13. Get notifications related to NPS.

I am using this app from the 1st date of my investment. It was really user friendly. But one notable issue is during the password change process; it doesn't provide clear error messages, leaving unsure about what's the wrong. This lead to frustration as after repeatedly attempt to change their password without understanding the root cause of the issue. Please look into the matter and solve the problem to let me use it as earlier. Thanks.

Useful application but it could've have been better if taking screenshot of the portfolio was allowed. Untill a few weeks ago I was able to do so but all of sudden I can't take screenshot in the app. Difficult to keep track of portfolio as we downloading account statement often doesn't really help. Screenshot issue must be resolved ASAP. Also many a times it shows you're already logged in it doesn't let me check the details. Really frustrating at times. Hope to hear from you soon.

First it will show invalid user / i-pin error, then it will block your account. This app always gives your account is locked error. Even after resetting password multiple Times I still cannot login. Every time when market pics up this this issue magically appears out of nowhere. Mind well haven't updated the app itself. No app improvisation has been done even after complaining multiple times.
