Ratings and reviews

BNZ app can be complicated to navigate and use. One major drawback with the mobile app is that certain areas which require passwords and user IDs do not have magic eyes to see what's been typed. And with the lack of vision it becomes frustrating and too many tries boots you out and locks the system sometimes needing a phone call to unlock When organizing international wires better language could be used to indicate what to select to provide reception account to the Bank of New Zealand.

Hi there, I'm appreciating some of the updates you have done recently, especially drag to pay and showing the unit price in Kiwisaver, but I wonder if it would be possible to choose to show/hide Kiwisaver from the landing screen, I don't need this info on a daily basis, and it would be nice (or at least, less anxiety inducing) to be able to hide it.

A really great banking app. Getting a little complicated now*, and I'm disappointed that my insurance details are no longer in the app, but it does the basics really well and is fast. *E.g. 1: simplify the menu by combining Transfer Money and Make a Payment, which are essentially the same - one uses BNZ accounts and the other payees - perhaps you could order it to allow a beneficiary selection of payee or account - the rest is the same. E g. 2: allow sorting payees alphabetically.
