I experience the same problem all the time with this app. When power has disconnected and i top up. The option to reconnect is not available on the app, then I have to ring and cant do it on phone automatically it always takes me through to a representative. It's like the app is not keeping up. It is quite frustrating because I would prefer to just do things via the app as previously. Must say, haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling again?! Would that maybe help?

This app is from the cave man days!! I wasted credit on my mobile ringing for help on why I never received text notifications for low power balance, which was never actually done. I had then spent 3 days trying to figure out HOW to sort it out MYSELF. For anyone who needs to sort that out, you HAVE to sign into globug on your WEB BROWSER, not the app and you have the option there. The app is useless, the only thing it does is top up via credit card.

Not a user friendly app. Internet banking option font is so tiny can barely read the options. Notifications don't come through, keep getting disconnected because of it. Contact us page needs to be updated the number does not exist. You should have an option to write to you directly other than calling you as you have to have credit to call and wait in a queue that disconnects you at the end. I hope you actually listen to the reviews because you really need to update the app.
