usually takes money straight out of my account when the payment is due other months it doesn't do it then I'm left with the overdue bill. Some months it will pay it out from my account or some months they don't take it out and I get a phone call to remind me to pay on the due date. no consistency in this app or network

Terrible app, difficult to navigate, once the card is added it does not allow to disconnect it, shady privacy settings, hard to find options. I have followed FAQ instruction and still it was impossible to switch off automatic payments. Only after the assistant switched it off I was able to remove the card. I will add additional star for a quick service help but if the app would be build properly it shouldn't be needed.

Here's a link on removing payment methods - https://www.spark.co.nz/help/account/myspark/use-spark-app/ - drop us a message via Help in the app menu if you need more help. We have four tabs - Usage, Billing, Products, and Profile - tap on your plan/no. to open a details page with more options. Thanks :) ^Claire

note that data stack definitely does not rollover. Makes no difference to my mobile data as i mainly use home data, so data stack does not top up on what i already have, deceiving i think.

Kia ora Tarita, Sorry to hear there appears to be a mix up with Data Stack. Data stack is an added thank you for our prepaid customers for the length of time they are with us. Unlike base mobile data it does not rollover but starts fresh each month which you can see on the following link: https://www.spark.co.nz/shop/mobile-plans/datastack ^Richard
