Lacks in originality and inconsistent in the style of writing. Sometimes enjoyable, other times plain boring. Other than choosing your bachelor and occasionally deciding the flow of conversation, your character doesn't have much of an influence on the story. Whenever choices were presented (which was rare), they hardly mattered. Overall, it was just okay.

The wit and humor in this game are so good, granted a lot of the writing is directly from p&p but the original work is very snappy in its own right. Some of the more modern sections are a bit jarring, but only in the very large parts of original work like some of the.. more off the road routes. Like Wickham. I very much enjoyed getting a different mc if you play your cards right, that was fun. Overall I highly recommend this, I just hope that next book that is written is a bit more consistent.

Terrible! The writer behind this game didn't even try to stick to era-appropriate language, in dialogue or description, and seems to have little familiarity with the source material. The changes between quotes taken from the original book and prose from the game are extremely jarring. I've enjoyed other Choice Of Games and was excited for one based on Miss Austen's masterpiece, but this was a huge disappointment.
