This app is horrible. Every time I try to use it to add funds, I have to reset the username and password. I set it up for biometric credentials as well but they never work when I return to the app. All I get is error codes and they must be set up again every time I use the app. It's trash and I am done with it. Just call the number to add funds, don't waste your time with the app or calling a rep either. This branch isn't Navy Fed standard customer service.

I see now why this app only has 1.7 stars at the time of typing this review. SMH This app is STRAIGHT TRASH! I have installed and uninstalled this app at least 3 times, and to no avail, it's STILL not letting me setup a mobile account! Everything seems to go okay up until I get to adding my card's expiration date. Whenever I type in the expiration date, it tells me that the "date is invalid." I'm not sure what's going on, but the old app worked better. Plain, simple, and to the point.

This app is garbage and deserves 0 stars. I couldn't log in to the app because my username/ password was incorrect even though I have never changed them and it autofills with Samsung. Never ever change your password with the app, it will not work. I called Navy Federal for my issue and their way of fixing my problem is for me to go through the Navy Federal website and log in through the link on the website, which is a totally different username/ password. They don't even want you to use the app.
