Being able to see time/location of appointments is great. I can communicate with my doctors office without having to call/wait for a call back. All my records in one place is also great! I took one star off because I like to go into the app and read the healthbeat articles but when I'm finished reading one article and go back to the main page to select another one I am forced to start from the top of the first page which is annoying enough that I don't usually read all the articles I wanted to

Lots of problems with this app (and website). It crashes, there's no way to change your location to see a doctor at another offiice or hospital, some tools don't work, and there isn't a tech support option. Another thing that I found pretty frustrating and, while not really the fault of the developers, reflects poorly on Northwestern. Many of the scheduling pathways lead to a screen that gives you a number to call. I'm trying to schedule through the app because I don't have time to call

The other version was easier to use this one is not really user friendly. I also cannot access it now it keeps telling me it needs to be updated and I have uninstalled it reinstalled it rebooted my phone and it still tells me it needs to be updated so it is way worse than the old version. I have now uninstalled all my chart apps I have and reinstalled the new version of mynm and now I have no access at all to my chart through the other portals.
