Some of your drivers are very rude and lack proper customer service and etiquette. Because why are they accepting the rides, reaching the venue and then canceling after informing the person that they are outside? It's very annoying and disrespectful. And I can't even rate the driver for their lack of service. There should be something in place to avoid these things from happening, especially if it took them a while to get a ride or have to be somewhere for a certain time.

I've been using this service for a few years now and I have to say. The drivers are always to notch. Support is round the clock, helpful and very prompt. I don't have any complaints about this service. They are excellent!!!

I'm happy to say that I've used the app multiple times and have successfully gotten rides accepted, even though it does take some time for this to happen. They are many cars around these days on the map however the difficulty to get a car has not significantly improved. My major complaint however is the inaccuracy of the map used in this app. The map addresses are utterly wrong in my area, which confuses the drivers, as they tend to think I'm from the area the map is saying. Please fix.
