It is very pathetic, disgusting and frustrating. You should first check the update at your end completely. OTP is not getting on time for logging through desktop. It is very very slow and unresponsive. Technology is very poor. When logging in with updated version it asks for OTP and sometimes we don't receive any OTP after the timing gets over. Worst experience and so frustrated. Please upgrade your technology support and make it fastest and easy as possible. Thanks

One of the worst ever app that i have seen. It works sometimes and it will not when required and there will not be any reply from the technical side or channel support. Also, they will force you to upgrade after which the easier functionalities will be made complicated in the newer version or will not work at all. Shame on you guys. There is a team called channel support where you will not get any support or reply for your mails.

Worst app and platform. For old people who likes things slow with hefty amount charged. App - too slow. Takes time to update. Brokerage - too high. If u takes their plan again vl b spending a lot rather than earning. Costumer care - very unprofessional. For tough queries they try to avoid. One time he said it's trading time I need to cater other..so call back. Another time they hung up as I wanted to know y my money is blocked. Investment tips- very amateur. Don't fall for them.
