Неудобная оплата штрафов: при оплате через госуслуги средства сразу не перечисляются по назначению. Вместо этого без предупреждений деньги оседают в этой платежной системе, вынуждая ставить приложение. Платите с карты, не тратьте свое время.

Оплата на ГОСУСЛУГАХ с КОМИССИЕЙ! Не устанвливайте зря. Апдейт! Без комиссии, только если вводить полностью УИН, если сканировать QR код, комиссия как с обычной карты. Апдейт 2. Так оплачивать без комиссии, можно и из приложения банка. Удалил елплатОнлайн - зачем порождать лишние сущности?
