Ratings and reviews

Every now and then the app happens to crash or lag, servers are down and many other things, I mean you name it. Despite the fact that it lacks quite a lot of features comparing to the other banking apps, you still manage to make it unusable from time to time. However the UX is not that bad and is simple to comprehend how to use those functionalities

Useless app !!! Unable to login with the login and password. Update: chat states "no errors are noted" and "reinstall from scratch" and "use bank card for login".

Good app! However, not many tools for personal finance management. For example, would've been nice being able to add comments/tags to transactions, to make it easier to remember what exactly have I purchased. I understand it's not something super important for a bank app, but it's something I've really enjoyed while using Rocketbank app in the past, and only realised how much I liked it after I switched to Raifeissen. :P Also, maybe add some home screen widgets? Such as currency exchange rates.
