The service is created on the basis of the GIS housing and communal services and includes all the useful functions of the system. Log in through your verified State Services account and your property will be uploaded automatically.

Using the application, users can:

— check whether all services are provided by the management organization;
— control the annual reporting of the management organization;

— order verification of meters in an accredited laboratory;
— take out insurance to protect the apartment;
— view CCTV cameras and control the barrier or gate.
