Love the updated & additional sounds. Having reviewed many meditation/relaxation apps, this one works best for me. I love the real sounds of nature... these match the best. I listen especially when my husband listens to the TV/radio. I don't like to listen to political discourse or certain music types. Hi highly recommend for people who get stressed out and need to calm down or easily distracted.
