it randomly adds items to your order that you had ordered in previous orders and shows that you have missing options for order items although when you click on it, all choices are made. But because of that you can't finish your order. The food is great but the app (and website) are horrible

I tried ordering at the restaurant using this app because they told me they couldn't take orders in person because the "machine was broken" and they closed pickup orders right as I was going to use checkout on the app right in front of me, one hour before the listed time limit for pickup orders.

Waited an hour for delivery only to receive a text saying the order was cancelled or modified and to call the restaurant. Employee was clueless and did not apologize using "probably" and "maybes" and "that's fine with me" when I asked to be refunded saying I "was being difficult." First and last order.
