Very inferior app compared to other Vietnamese banking apps. For instance: 1. It's so complicated and difficult to navigate to the QR code generator/scanner. It should be easily accessible from the main page. Check SHB and see how much better. 2. The engineers fail to test updates often for Android and pixel phones making the app unusuable to long stretches. 3. The transaction history is terrible and only gives a snapshot. It's impossible to see details of the transactions. Please fix!

Recently, this application is also not working if the Accessibility services are on. Who give you the right to scan the data, apps on mobile of customers? Do you know Accessibility is global standards? Google should ban this application from CH Play until they fix it. Those ugly application is forcing people to use mobile application by making the web application login more burden. Update 20 Aug 2024: problem is still there, bank customer support contact is for explaination, not solution.

It's very inconvenient compared to other vietnamese bank applications. First- they use old school protection(no country in the world continues using extra token application) Second-they don't use face identification at all(even if it's the requirement of state bank of Vietnam)Third- they use internet banking, (where it's very difficult to verify) instead of mobile banking. What if I need to transfer money staying abroad?!!! Please fix these issues! I respected this bank before, but not now.
