The App lure users to settle via e-payment with a transfer-fee; whereas actually the user doesn't have to pay such fee if they just simply download the e-invoice thus pay via e-banking. The e-invoice, though, is 'hidden' under the 'usage history' which doesn't make sense at all why it should be placed there. 'suck' & 'froudulent' app, at least to say! Shame on you, MWA!

Been stucked at "Retrieving Data". How long does this process take? Forever? Please fix this process. It's so annoying because I spent an hour waiting. Uninstalled and then re-installed and wait for another half an hour waiting for the app to retrieve data. That's when I've had enough with this app.
