AfyaSS – Afya Supportive Supervision System

AfyaSS is a mobile based mobile application built on DHIS2 Tracker, that is used to conduct supportive supervisions and follow up on quality improvement progress on health services delivery in health facilities, environmental health services in the communities and managerial performance of regional and council health management teams (R/CHMT).

The application is only used to conduct supervisions but it is linked to web – based AfyaSS platform that is used for pre and post – visit processes such as visit planning, confirmations, approvals as well as report preparations, analyses and configuration of tools (checklists)

This application is fully functional offline hence enabling health managers and supervisors to conduct on site supportive supervisions in areas with limited, intermittent or no internet connectivity.

1. The questions can now be Hidden based on the level of Health Facilities ie Health Centre,Hospital.
2. Reduced initial login time
3. Improved User interface on some areas
