Very fast service as compare to netplus broadband and when occurring any issues they solve it very quickly. I have use both connect and netplus broadbands and my conclusion is netplus service is worst in all services like solving issues or installation of new connection and their customer care gives you only fake hope. So I recommend you to use connect broadband.👌👍

Poor services from connect broadbsnd. Technical upgradation is going on always. Around 10 days ago, technical upgradation was done for 3 days by connect and after that broadband services were restored. Today also, their technical upgradation is going on and it would be completed in 8 hours and 30 mins now. Broadband services as well as customer services both are pathetic. Calls get disconnected while transfering and they don't bother to call back customer. Never recommend connect to anyone.

Wrost company service I've ever seen, firstly they ask for installation charges and at the time of discounting the connection they don't refund your money. Don't opt this service their network connectivity is also very poor. The most important thing their stuff behaviour they worst customer support service I've seen in this company. Don't choose connect for your network connectivity.
