This app used to work okay but has now become totally unreliable. The App is not accurate re phone usage. I took 2 short trips. On both occasions my cell was stationary in the vehicle holder. When my car came to a stop on each occasion i switched off the location to end the trip. I noticed the speed increased from 0 to 5km as i picked up my cell in the stationary car. I received 4 stars and was penalised for cellphone usage.

Hi, what is this new thing: "Number of stops starts detected" we are travelling in peak hour traffic of course there will be a lot of stops. And the "cell phone use detected" is also not accurate, the other day I had my phone in my jean pocket and it picked up as "HIGH cell phone use detected" And why do we get penalized for driving at night? Sometimes we had to travel when it is still dark!!!!!!!! And there should be an option to start and STOP the tracking part. When you sit in traffic for more than 5 minutes, the tracker stops by it self, then you are not even at your destination yet, and that sucks.

I have been using the for over a year, and been quite happy with. There does seem some inconsistency. Like too many number of stops, and this is due high traffic and also traffic lights. Harsh breaking or acceleration even though there was non of that. Since I had a software upgrade on my phone, the app doesn't work. when I contacted the call centre, they said it was not compatible with a Samsung J1 Galaxy. But I shouldn't worry,as I get my pay back. That's not the point. a service they're offer
