I was nervous about this but didn't want a bad picture because it always happens to me haha the price is actually pretty close to the same price as in person fees plus they refund double if not approved. I feel it's accurately priced and my photo was approved fast with zero problems I received my passport in a little over 2 weeks! I absolutely recommend this app to everyone getting a passport!

Great app, but pricing is very misleading. Website says you can use their app to create a digital image and then pay only $0.37 to print at Walgreen's - "a life hack"; however they don't tell you that you have to pay $13.95 for the digital photo. That means a total of $14.32 vs. $15.99 if I go straight to Walgreen's, so you're not really saving that much. I thought the photo was free, and I'd only need to pay $0.37 out of pocket to print. Website should be more clear on pricing.

I was struggling to find a place that takes photos with colored background as a French passport requires. It's incredible how you can't find it in Miami. PhotoAid solved my problem in seconds. I took a self picture on the street, sent it, and it was done. Pictures will arrive in less than a week. By mistake, I put the wrong address to deliver my pictures. Photo Aid Costumer service solved the problem promptly. The app and people behind it are amazing! Thank you.
