I re-edit my original comment (2018): " Does not work on new Note 9, unknown delay for a correction on Google Store and unknown delay from CERN to propose a solution. For me the service is over. " The service failed on Android phone Note 9 in 2018 (restored after 3 months delay) and again in 2020 caused by service access modifications at CERN, restored on January 24th (2 weeks delay). When working the service is excellent, but loosing access for 2 weeks when changes are implemented is really a problem, for this reason I leave 3 stars only.

Any files consulted are stored locally. Then it might be good if one can choose to encrypt the files that are saved locally (in case of phone lost). How to clean up or delete all the files stored locally, in the phone?

Several bugs but after recommendations of developer (force stop, clear of storage and cache) several time seems to work again. Thank you!
Dear Gilles, it might be that you have something cached in your phone. Can you force stop the app, clear the cache + storage and then try again? If it fails, can you open a support ticket (cern.ch/snow)? Diogo
