FCC certified and Free, at no cost to you
We are FCC certified, meaning all eligible US citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing can be qualified to make captioned phone calls on Rogervoice for free. Thanks to the Telephone Relay Service (TRS), a federally funded program.

Two-sided captions
Rogervoice is also free for your hearing friends and family. Simply ask them to download the app and use our app-to-app calling services. They can read a copy of the captions as they speak and be assured that you’re catching what they’re saying.

E911 compatible
We handle your emergency calls with live captions. You have the option to activate automated location services using our telecommunications technology, so that emergency responders can pinpoint your call location, saving precious time and lives. NOTE: e911 is available in the United States ONLY. Use your mobile carrier’s native dialer to make emergency calls outside of the United States.

Viewing comfort
Our app interface is fully customizable to your viewing preferences. Choose among high-contrast modes, dark or light themes, color-sensitive themes, extra-large font … for the best transcription experience, made for you.

Did we mention it’s free? You need to have an existing mobile carrier plan (3G, 4G) or WiFi, and a mobile number. You’ll need to provide your US Social Security Number and address to register with the FCC and you’re set to go.

UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

Les paroles de l'entendant sont restituées quasiment en instantanée. Il y a des petites erreurs qui sont ensuite rectifier mais cela permet d'effectuer un échange téléphonique. Avec le haut parleur c'est assez dérangeant pour l'autre par contre et pourtant ça simplifie puisque l'on peut lire le message et y répondre tout de suite. Merci de l'existence de cette application.

Conversations très bien transcrites. La personne chargée de répondre à nos questions sur le fonctionnement de l application est très disponible, vigilante, et explicite.

Une vraie application qui fonctionne très bien et qui me facilite la vie en temps que personne malentendants !
