Hello. This app is nice when it works. I encounter the same problem as many people. It works just once ! The first time we sign in and add account number. And second time it loops. Reinstall app, sign in it loops. So It could be a problem with the account number. I removed the account number on the website, TNB portal, open the app, and It works once again :), but only once !

Can't use your app on my new phone Galaxy Flip 5, it goes into continous loop to the Welcome Screen. Previously with my Galaxy worked fine and now i have to still use the old phone (Galaxy) to continue using TNB on app. Meanwhile for Air Selangor, it works seamlessly on my new phone. This problem been going on for a long time now for myTNB. If you guys really serious on getting people to use your app, please fix it soon. Thanks.
