NeoVMS is a companion app built to manage the visitor flow at your office lobby in a contactless manner.

Neoffice's Visitor Management solution simplifies guests' check-in & checkout process when they visit your workplace. The visitor on entering the premises can key in all the necessary details on the tab that is available at the front desk. During the process, the visitor's photographs and ID proof are captured and an alert is automatically sent through SMS or Email to the person he is visiting. A customized print pass or badge is provided to the visitor for entry. Once the meeting is done, the guest can simply check out from the system or the mobile app at the exit. You can also use our mobile app to pre-register your visitors prior to their arrival. In this scenario, a link or OTP is sent to the guest which they can utilize to enter the office premises.
