PlugBrain is an open source app that encourages regular breaks from distracting apps by blocking access at scheduled intervals.
To regain access, you’ll need to solve a math challenge that adjusts in difficulty: the more frequently you use the apps, the harder the challenges become, but the longer you stay away, the easier they get.

**Accessibility Service Disclosure**
PlugBrain uses Android's Accessibility Service to help users stay focused by blocking distracting apps. This service allows PlugBrain to detect when a selected app is opened and display a math challenge before granting access. No personal data is collected or shared through this service.
The app may also request Ignore Battery Optimization to prevent the system from closing it in the background.
