Screw conveyors are widely used for transporting or elevating particulates at controlled and steady rates. They are used in many bulk material applications in industrial and also used for metering from storage bins and adding small controlled amounts of trace materials such as pigment to granular or powders.

The "Screw Conveyor Lite" is the basic formula calculator it's called is the" What If " tool to help the user to find the answer.
User input the Diameter of the screw flight, Pitch, Conveyed material density, RPM of the flight, Length and select material, Inclined angle, Special characteristics from the list.
After input all in the input data zone and then press OK/CALCULATE the application will show the calculated results for you.
