Handheld Contact Classic offers a full two way wireless sync between Act! CRM and Handheld Contact Classic . The basis and value of Act! is that it captures all interactions, which include calls, emails & SMS (texts) between the company and all of its customers. Since capturing all of this data is a key component of Act! it is also a key component of Handheld Contact Classic .

Handheld Contact Classic Professional Edition for Android lets you view and manage (call, email and text) your Act! contacts, activities, calendar, notes, history items, and more from our feature-rich Android app. And all Handheld Contact Classic mobile device apps securely store your Act! data on the mobile device, so you can continue working with it even if you're out of WiFi or mobile network range.

Handheld Contact Classic intelligently syncs your data between configured mobile devices and Act! computers when there is an internet connection. When working without an internet connection, everything will be updated the next time you connect.
