Sudoku aka Number Place, is a combination logic-based number sorting puzzle game. Sudoku will be given several numbers and in any position. The player's task is to fill in the numbers in a 9×9 grid so that each row, each column, and each of the nine 3×3 subgrids that make up the main grid contain all the digits from 1 to 9.

Sudoku first appeared in the US under the name "Number Place" - Number Place. It was later imported into Japan and renamed Sudoku by publisher Nikoli, which means unique because each box has a unique number. Over time, Sudoku has become a favorite brain game in many countries.
