Personal Sound Amplifier Audio Support Using Bluetooth LE:

The PSA device offers enhanced accessibility on Android-powered mobile devices by utilizing connection-oriented L2CAP channels (CoC) over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). CoC employs an elastic buffer of several audio packets to ensure a smooth audio flow, even when packet loss occurs. This buffer helps maintain audio quality for PSA devices with some latency trade-off. (Supported on Android version 9 or higher)

The CoC design follows the Bluetooth Core Specification Version 5 (BT).

- Mode setting based on surroundings (general, restaurant/subway, TV watching, driving)
- Volume control
- Noise reduction
- Feedback cancellation
- Battery level monitoring
- Bluetooth-LE audio streaming

This app leverages BLE technology to enable various functions of the PSA product through your smartphone. Depending on your smartphone's language and regional settings, you can seamlessly control your PSA device for a personalized sound experience. Additionally, if supported by your Android OS, you can use the audio streaming function to enjoy music directly from your smartphone via the PSA.
