AnswerPlus Connect is the official mobile companion to the AnswerPlus client portal, built for authorized AnswerPlus business clients.

Sign in with your existing AnswerPlus credentials to securely access the information and tools authorized for your account.

KEY FEATURES

- Messages: view account messages and full details, with filters for date, delivery status, urgency and free-text search.
- Call Logs: search live and archived call records and play available recordings directly in the app.
- Directory: browse and search authorized staff contacts, then call, text or email when details are available.
- Staff management: authorized users can add or edit contact details, role memberships, Info Cards, default status, one-time overrides and recurring availability.
- On-Call coverage: view complete Day and seven-day schedules or open a color-coded monthly calendar showing full, partial, missing and unscheduled coverage.
- On-Call management: authorized users can assign, replace or unassign eligible contacts; edit multi-day shift dates and times; add temporary coverage; copy compatible shifts; swap future assignments; and manage recurring assignments.
- Multiple accounts: switch between your authorized AnswerPlus accounts when applicable.
- Contact Us: reach AnswerPlus Support or your assigned account manager.
- Security by design: HTTPS-only connections, no credential storage on the device and automatic sign-out after inactivity.

Directory and On-Call access are permission-based and show only information authorized for the selected account. Changes include a review and confirmation step before saving.

AnswerPlus Connect is available only to existing AnswerPlus clients. Accounts are provisioned by AnswerPlus and there is no self-registration in the app. Visit https://answerplus.ca/ to learn more.
