ANIKE is a platform (consisting of a web app and mobile app) that facilitates asset inventory, condition assessment, maintenance operations, repairs, replacement management, and tracking of costs.

This Mobile App offers features that enables easy and transparent stakeholder involvement in the management of Personal/Corporate Assets.
Some of the stakeholders that will benefit from this app include:
Company Executives / Asset Owners, Asset Managers, Purchase Officers, Site Supervisors, Engineers/Technicians, Finance officers and Suppliers.

Functionality
Asset Manager - Report incidents or create a Service requests and assign to your maintenance unit/contractor.

Engineer/ Technicians - Provide fault diagnosis, request for materials / Spare Parts, record actions taken.

Site Supervisors - Monitor all maintenance activities on Assets.

Purchase Officers – Maintain a central Price Book that governs the cost of goods & services procured via the system
