How Loopp Works

Step 1: Download & Set Up
Download the Loopp app, create your account, save your address, and set your laundry preferences. Choose collection, locker drop-off, or in-store service — now or later.

Step 2: We Collect or You Drop Off
A friendly Loopp agent can collect your laundry directly from your home or office, or you can drop it at a Loopp locker or in-store location whenever it suits you. No queues, no waiting.

Step 3: Clean, Fresh & Ready
Your clothes are professionally cleaned, carefully handled, and returned fresh and folded — either delivered back to you, ready for locker collection, or prepared for in-store pickup.
