Complete Concussions uses innovative technology to improve the way concussions are managed. This app provides seamless communication between athletes, sport teams, schools, concussed patients/caregivers, and their local medical team, so everyone is on the same page when concussions occur!

The Concussion Tracker provides for better concussion detection, recognition, documentation, management, and compliance with local and federal concussion regulations.

As a Coach, Trainer or Teacher you can:
- Document and screen for suspected concussions and report them directly into trained concussion clinics.
- Conduct sideline concussion testing with validated neurocognitive testing tools.
- Track injured athletes recovery progress.
- View suggested activity restrictions (ie., sport-specific drill suggestions for recovering athletes).
- Upload medical clearance documentation.
- Access to concussion resources and educational materials and guidebooks.

As an Athlete or Patient:
- Conduct regular baseline and post-injury concussion tests.
- Review CCMI in-clinic baseline test results.
- Find and access the nearest local concussion clinics.
- See prescribed rehab exercises and restrictions.
- Communicate with your treating clinician (daily symptom inputs and activity documentation).
