To start the onboarding process, you’ll need to apply and fill in the form on our website. We assess every application, and successful candidates will be invited for an interview.

Training and Benefits

Before starting, every Chauffeur will complete our Safety as a Standard programme, earning certifications such as:

Level 2 Code of Conduct for Professional Taxi and Private Hire Drivers
Sexual Harassment Awareness
Mental Health Awareness
CPD Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace
Adult Basic Life Support with Automated External Defibrillation (BLS-AED)

Location Permission Usage
To ensure seamless ride assignment and real-time tracking during rides, our app uses your location in the foreground and background. This helps us optimize job allocation, monitor trips, and enhance safety features.

We’ve implemented multiple ways for you to contact us at any time. Call, email, or use the app to get help when needed.

Payments
Receive weekly payments for completed rides. Use your electronic Eye Wallet to accumulate credits and cash out after 7 days from ride completion.

Our app ensures you get work any time. However, using your location (even in the background) may affect battery life and performance.

Our app utilizes the foreground services permission to deliver real-time location tracking for chauffeurs, ensuring accurate and continuous navigation updates during trips, even when the app is running in the background.
