この事故調査DBアプリは、従業員がインシデントやニアミスを報告するためのツールです。このアプリは、事故速報に必要な情報をすべて入力できるようにガイドします。またこのアプリでは、自分が担当している是正措置や予防措置を確認し、進捗状況を更新し、証拠として写真を添付することができます。

この事故調査DBは、インシデントを素早く効率的に報告する事を目指しています。また、自分が担当している是正/予防措置を確認し、進捗状況を更新する事が何時でも何処でも可能になります。

The Incident Investigation DB helps the employees to report an incident or near miss. The application prompts the user to enter all the necessary information for the preliminary report. The Application also helps the user to view / update any corrective action(s) or preventive action(s) assigned to them and provides the ability to capture images as evidence.

The Incident Investigation DB aims to make the incident reporting faster and effective, it also enables users to view corrective /preventive actions assigned and update the same at anywhere and anyplace.
