We would like to clarify that EezzyPOS is a free app to download. The app is designed
specifically for restaurant staff (billers) to take orders from customers and track payment
statuses.
Key Features:
• Order Management: Staff can input and track customer orders in real-time, with
statuses such as "Ready," "Processing," or "Completed."
• Payment Tracking: The app allows staff to store how the payment was made by
customers, including payment methods like cash, card, or UPI. It simply records the
payment status and tracks how much has been collected for each order, without
processing any transactions.
How Users Access the App:
• Business Owners: The business owner can access the full billing software by
completing the purchase externally via our website. After completing the purchase,
they will manually create accounts for their staff (billers) to grant them access to the
app.
• Staff (Billers): Staff can log in to the app using the user ID and password provided
by the business owner. Once logged in, they can access the app's features to manage
orders and payment tracking.

• Free to Download: The app is free to download from the App Store. It does not
require any payment to download or install.
• External Payment Process: All payments for the restaurant billing software (which
includes the mobile app) are processed externally through the business owner’s
account on our website. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment
processing within the app itself.
• Business Use Only: The app is designed only for restaurant operations and is not
intended for individual consumers. It is a tool for restaurant staff to manage orders
and track payments as part of the broader billing system.
