Facilio is an IoT and ML-driven facilities O&M platform that helps you centrally manage building operations, maintenance, and sustainability performance, across your commercial portfolios in real-time.
Your buildings can have multiple vendors. Vendor portal removes hassle for both CREs and Vendors. Keep track of the Purchase orders, contracts, warranty etc., If an inventory stock goes below a minimum quantity, automatically trigger a purchase order with the vendor. Vendor can use his portal to get visibility of his orders and history.
Automate and simplify the vendor entry to the building by issuing invites /work permits quickly in the portal.
