FormsBook is an application with which you can create various types of shareable forms within a few seconds/minutes without writing a single line of code. Once your form is ready, all you have to do is share the form's short URL with people from whom you want to collect data. You can share the URL anywhere you like. For example, you can create a contact information form, registration form, etc with FormsBook and share the form URL with your friend via an SMS/email. Once the user fills the form and submits it, you'll receive a notification email. FormsBook doesn't have annoying popups, floating windows, or tons of options. It is fast and simple.
