You can check app-by-app usage time and see at a glance how much you have used your phone today. TimeBack can send usage reminders at the intervals you set, and when needed, an overlay alert can appear above other apps to create a moment to pause.

The time you take back can be recorded as activities that matter to you, such as reading, exercise, study, walking, cleaning, rest, or meditation. At the end of the day, you can leave a short reflection and set a clearer standard for tomorrow.

TimeBack is not designed to force you to quit your smartphone. It focuses on helping you understand your usage, notice moments when you can reduce it, and keep a record of the time you reclaim.
