In minutes, the customer is connected with a professional for a live video call so the customer can engage in dialogue with the professional, showing the professional the specific, unique situation that the customer would like to address. After the professional answers all the customer's questions, the customer now has all the information needed to complete the task, a second opinion, the answers to questions, or a solution. It is simple, quick, and effective.

The cost of the call is based on 15-minute intervals and depends on the industry. For example, the rate to speak with a plumber may be $20 per 15 minutes. So a 15-minute call will cost $20 and a 30-minute call will cost $40. The 15-minute rate is clearly visible when selecting the industry and submitting a request. The 15-minute rates are intended to help customers save money from having a professional physically go to the customer's location while saving time from scouring the internet only to find a partial answer or solution.
