FacilitySource’s new fmPilot mobile app gives facilities managers the ability to request repair services using their iPhone or iPad.

Neuerungen

1. Item counts on menu items for Pending Quote Approval and Pending Invoice Approval are updated as quotes and invoices are approved or rejected from the mobile app.
2. For the View Work Orders and Work Order Details screens, a truck icon displays on work orders with an active On My Way sent by the provider.
3. For users with access to multiple clients in fmPilot, the list of clients displayed in the Service Desk screen is sorted alphabetically by client name.
