MyPromille is a blood alcohol (BAC) calculator and drink tracker. Log what you drink and watch your estimated blood alcohol level update in real time, in ‰ (promille) or %.

HOW IT WORKS

Add each drink as you have it: beer, wine, spirits, cocktails or your own drink with its size and alcohol percentage. MyPromille uses your weight and gender to estimate your blood alcohol content, and brings it down over time as your body breaks the alcohol down.

ABOUT THE ESTIMATE

The calculation uses the Widmark formula, from Swedish researcher Erik Widmark, and takes into account your gender, your weight, the size and strength of each drink and the time that has passed. It is an estimate, not a measurement: food, sleep, medication and how you feel that day all change the real value, and people differ a lot.

IMPORTANT

MyPromille cannot tell you whether you are fit to drive, and never will. Only a breathalyzer or a blood test shows how much alcohol is really in your body. Been drinking? Leave the car.
