It sounds like something right out science-fiction but with the right phone and apps you can connect your phone to your garage door opener and get it opening and closing.

4.you can share your camera with others as long as they have the app on moblie phone,so if you are in the middle of nowhere and don't have access to the internet,you can ask a friend to check over your device.
