Additional search capabilities will continue to evolve over time. There is also the ability to filter the inbox by unread, unanswered, and by campaign.
The message view is easier to read and looks like a native messaging app. There is added functionality to send a photo in the message. From this screen the user can call the contact, assign the conversation, and view or edit the contact details.
The contact list is easier to click on and read from the current app. There is functionality to search the contact list and add a new contact.
