Mowstack is the mobile companion for lawn care companies running their day-to-day work in the field. If your team is on the truck and the office is stuck in spreadsheets, Mowstack pulls everything into one place — your schedule, your customers, your crew, and your photos — and keeps it in sync the moment you tap.

This app is for active Mowstack subscribers. Sign in here with the same email and password you use on the web.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

— Today: Open the app and see exactly what's on for the day. Total jobs, total revenue on the books, the next job and its address, all without scrolling.
— Schedule: Two weeks of upcoming work grouped by day. Tap a date number to drill into a single day. See who's assigned, what time, what property.
— Job detail: Address, gate code, access notes, customer contact, and a built-in Navigate button that hands the address off to Maps. Tap-to-call the customer. Snap before-and-after photos straight to the job record. Mark complete from the truck.
— Customers & properties: Search by name, business, address. Tap into a customer to see their properties, recent jobs, and open invoices.
— Time tracking: Clock in / out by job. Time cards roll up by week and submit for approval, no paper, no Excel.
— Equipment: Track your mowers, trimmers, and trucks. Mark them serviced. Stay ahead of maintenance.
— Quotes & invoices: Send a quote to a customer from the field, watch them approve from email, convert to a scheduled job. Mark cash payments in the app; Stripe-paid invoices reconcile automatically.
— Team: See who's on the crew, what role they have, who's leading today's jobs.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

— Not for end-customers (homeowners). If you're a homeowner who got a quote or invoice from a Mowstack-using company, you don't need this app. Open the link in the email instead.
— Not where you pay subscription fees. There are no in-app purchases.

SECURITY

Two-step sign-in is available on every account. Passwords are hashed (we cannot read them), data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the app refuses to talk to non-HTTPS APIs in release builds. We never store payment card details — those flow direct to Stripe.

PRIVACY

We collect only what we need to run the app: your account email, your name (optional), the photos you take inside a job, and your location only while you have the app open and tap "show closest jobs". The full disclosure is at https://mowstack.com/privacy.

ACCOUNT DELETION

Open Settings → Account → Delete my account. You'll be signed out and your personal profile (name, email, phone) is removed. Business records the organization needs for tax and compliance — your time cards, completed jobs, photos, and invoices — remain on file with the organization.
