The Multi Chat for Android App requires a subscription to https://multichat.website/ (7 day trials available) and allows you to monitor your website traffic, chat with visitors. Includes canned responses, WHMCS module, browser based panel and more.
MultiChat Operator uses the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_REMOTE_MESSAGING permission to keep the operator connected to receive real-time visitor chat messages while the app is not in the foreground. The foreground service displays a persistent, ongoing notification ("MultiChat Operator is online — Ready to receive visitor chats") so the operator can see at a glance that the app is actively able to receive chats, and prevents Android from suspending the process, which would otherwise delay or drop incoming messages from website visitors.
