NIPUN Maharashtra – FLN Assessment App

The Government of Maharashtra launched Mission “NIPUN Maharashtra” on 5th March 2025 through Government Resolution
शासन निर्णय क्रमांक: संकीर्ण २०२१/प्र.क्र. १७९/एसडी-६.

This time-bound mission aims to significantly improve Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) levels of students from Grades 2 to 5 in all Zilla Parishad (ZP) schools across the state.

Under this mission, the Education Commissioner, Mr. Sachindra Pratap Singh (IAS) and Mr. Rahul Rekhawar (Director, SCERT Pune) appreciated VOPA’s ongoing FLN initiatives in Thane and Beed districts and signed an MoU with VOPA to implement NIPUN Maharashtra at the state level.

About the App:
The NIPUN Maharashtra Assessment App is designed to support the implementation of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) program across Maharashtra.
The app enables teachers, schools, and education administrators to efficiently assess students’ learning outcomes in alignment with NIPUN Bharat and FLN guidelines, ensuring a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy for early learners.
